Iran’s Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, has said that Iranians are “united, more than ever before,” in a statement posted on X, according to a report by the BBC, as cited by Gazeta Express.
This follows a similar joint statement issued moments earlier by Iran’s president and chief negotiator, in which they described the country’s “iron unity.”
Earlier, U.S. President Donald Trump had claimed that Iranians “do not know” who their leader is due to “internal conflicts” within the country.
In his statement, Araghchi said that “Iran’s state institutions continue to act with unity, purpose, and discipline.”
“The battlefield and diplomacy are fully coordinated fronts in the same war. Iranians are all united, more than ever before.”
