On Saturday, the joint border crossing point between Hani i Elezit (Kosovo) and Bllacë (North Macedonia) is set to be officially inaugurated.
According to the announcement from the caretaker government of Kosovo, the opening ceremony will begin at 11:00 AM and is being carried out in cooperation with the Government of North Macedonia.
“This joint crossing point is one of two joint border crossings foreseen under the Implementation Protocol of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia, concerning the joint border crossing points Hani i Elezit – Bllacë and Glloboçicë – Jazhincë, signed in November 2024 during the joint meeting of the two governments,” the government statement reads.
