Weeks ago, it was announced that Kosovo would build arms factories.

Initially, ammunition will be produced there, but the plan also includes manufacturing modern weaponry, such as drones.

Kosovo will develop these production capacities with the Turkish company “MKE”.

Regarding this matter, the commander of NATO’s peacekeeping mission in Kosovo, KFOR, Enrico Barduani, spoke out.

On Klan Kosova, he was asked how KFOR views this development, and Barduani stated that it is not KFOR’s duty to comment on it, as this falls within the domain of bilateral relations between Kosovo and the country assisting in arms production.
