Sweden’s national women’s football team triumphed convincingly over Serbia tonight.
Sweden won the match 6-0, securing their qualification for the 2025 UEFA Women’s EURO, which will be held in Switzerland.
In this match, the captain, Kosovare Asllani, also found the back of the net, scoring in the 19th minute.
After the match, she posted a photo on social media with the caption: “See you in Switzerland in 2025.”
Sweden advanced with an 8-0 aggregate score over two matches. They had previously won 2-0 in Leskovac on November 29th.
