The Government Commission for Missing Persons has announced the identification of the remains of Elhami (Qamil) Tahiraga from Rahovec, after 26 years.
He had been listed as a missing person since the period of the war in Kosovo.
The Government Commission for Missing Persons, together with the Institute of Forensic Medicine, officially informed the Tahiraga family about the results of the identification process.
On this occasion, the Government Commission for Missing Persons expresses solidarity and sincere support to the Tahiraga family, hoping that this identification brings some relief after a long and painful wait, as stated in the announcement, reports Rks News.
