A concrete institutional action took place today in Leposaviq, where the Kosovo Police, acting on the request of the municipal mayor, assisted in reclaiming several municipal properties that had been unlawfully occupied.
According to the official statement, these properties belong to the Municipality of Leposaviq and had long been illegally used by Serbia’s parallel structures—institutions not recognized by the Republic of Kosovo.
As part of this operation, several of these illegal offices were shut down, including the so-called “Employment Office”, “Pensions Office”, and the “Kopaonik Hospitality Enterprise”. These facilities hosted multiple other offices operating without legal basis on Kosovo’s territory.
The Kosovo Police confirmed that all actions were undertaken in full coordination with the responsible authorities, and that further steps will continue in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
