Marinika Tepić, Vice-President of the Freedom and Justice Party (SSP), announced that she has filed criminal complaints with prosecutors in both Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The complaints target Srđan Kružević, a provincial official of the ruling Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), and Đorđe Radetić, the former director of the Vojvodina Commodity Reserves Directive, accusing them of money laundering.

The Alleged Real Estate Scheme in Bijeljina

According to Tepić, there is strong suspicion that Kružević and Radetić are funneling €50 million into real estate developments in Bijeljina (Bosnia and Herzegovina) through a company named “Urban gradnja” d.o.o. Bijeljina.

The company was reportedly registered by Radetić at the end of 2025.

  • The Source of Funds: Tepić alleges the capital was systematically extracted from Vojvodina’s provincial public enterprises. She specifically pointed to “Vode Vojvodine”, where Kružević served as director until his resignation in September 2025.
  • The Method: The funds were reportedly siphoned through “inflated public contracts” and then channeled into legal real estate developments in neighboring Bosnia to integrate them into legitimate financial systems.

Inside Connections and Chronology

Tepić described Radetić as “Kružević’s trusted proxy”, claiming that significant public funds and provincial contracts routinely passed through his hands during his tenure at the Commodity Reserves.

The chronology of events she highlighted includes:

An Exit Strategy? In her social media statement on Instagram, Tepić questioned whether SNS officials are actively building financial safe havens abroad. She asserted that these moves are desperate attempts to secure back-ups, noting, “It won’t help them, regardless of the second passports they hold”.
