The Special Prosecutor’s Office of Kosovo has announced that it has arrested a person of Serbian nationality with the initials S.M. The arrested person is suspected of criminal offenses related to the chapter of criminal offenses against the Constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo.
Therefore, Slobodan Miletic, the Special Prosecutor’s Office, has made a request for the appointment of a measure of detention due to the above-mentioned crimes. Miletiq was arrested yesterday at the border crossing in Jarinje.
It is suspected that together with other Serbs involved, he attacked members of KFOR and those of the Kosovo Police who were engaged in the protection of the institutions of the Republic in Zveçan.
