Trial of 21 War Crimes Defendants to Continue Before Prishtina Court

A court hearing is scheduled to take place today at the Basic Court in Prishtina in the war crimes case involving 21 defendants accused of crimes against the civilian population during the Kosovo conflict.

The defendants are: Zlatomir Pešić, Mladen Cirković, Radomir Marković, Duško Adamović, Obrad Stevanović, Živko Trajković, Goran Radosavljević, Bogoljub Janićijević, Slaviša Ivanović, Boško Vukićević, Sreten Popović, Nikola Petrović, Krsman Jelić, Ljubiša Stojimirović, Božidar Delić, Radojko Stefanović, Dragan Živanović, Miloš Đošan, Ljubinko Cvetić, Božidar Filić, and Milovan Kovačević.

According to the indictment, all 21 are charged with the criminal offense of “war crimes against the civilian population.”

The hearing is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. before the Basic Court in Prishtina, where the judicial proceedings in the case will continue.
