Tributes for Sahit Jashari have begun in Skenderaj and are being held at the “Ilaz Kodra” sports hall, where family members, former comrades-in-arms, and numerous citizens have gathered to pay their final respects.
The ceremony is also being attended by prominent political figures, including Sami Lushtaku, Ramiz Lladrovci, Mërgim Lushtaku, and Artan Behrami.
The tributes are being held as a sign of honor and respect for Jashari’s contribution to the liberation struggle. The commemorative gathering will be followed by a memorial ceremony and the funeral in Prekaz.
