In the latest report from the Kosovo Police, two cases of illegal border crossing have been identified within the past 24 hours. The police in Kamenicë detained two suspects, a Serbian national and a man, for crossing the border illegally in the village of Novosellë on March 16, 2025, at approximately 00:35.
According to the police, after an interview and with the prosecutor’s decision, the suspects were released, and the case is being processed in the regular procedure.
Additionally, at the border crossing point in Muçibabë, on March 16, 2025, the police detained a Serbian citizen who had previously been denied entry into Kosovo. The incident occurred around 01:50. Similar to the first case, the suspect was released after an interview and with the prosecutor’s decision, and the case continues in the regular procedure.
