Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić has announced that next week he plans to visit a border crossing to meet Serbs entering and leaving Kosovo, in an effort to present himself as a protector of their interests amid the implementation of the Law on Foreigners and Vehicles.
According to Vučić, around 10,000 Serbs, as well as hundreds of professors, doctors, and teachers working in northern Kosovo, could be affected by this law.
“Next week, I hope, when everything begins, I will go and sit by the container and wait for our people entering and leaving that point, to speak with them and see what else we can do to help,” he stated.
