The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has extended congratulations to Péter Magyar following his victory in Hungary’s parliamentary elections.

In a post on the social media platform X, Kurti welcomed what he described as the Hungarian people’s support for European Union values and expressed readiness for future cooperation.

“Congratulations to Péter Magyar on his election victory in Hungary. Kosovo welcomes the support of the Hungarian people for European Union values and we look forward to working together,” Kurti wrote.

Magyar, leader of the Tisza party, secured a landmark win, marking a significant shift in Hungary’s political landscape. Kurti’s message signals Prishtina’s intent to strengthen ties with Budapest under the country’s new leadership.
