Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić became involved in a heated debate during a program on Serbia’s public broadcaster RTS, where he raised his voice and criticized the moderator following questions related to a sensitive case currently being discussed in Serbian public opinion.

According to footage published from the program, tensions began when the moderator, Zoran Stanojević, asked the president about a case known as “Neshović,” which is linked to allegations involving the involvement of several police officials in criminal activities.

Instead of giving a direct answer, Vučić responded in a raised tone, accusing the moderator of following political narratives and of, as he put it, “aligning with certain agendas.” During the discussion, the Serbian president also criticized the media and the opposition, claiming that political campaigns are being conducted against him and that he is being subjected to baseless accusations.

He also referred to various past allegations made against him, which he categorically denied, stressing that he has a “clear conscience” and is always ready to answer to the public.

The program was marked by ongoing tension and verbal clashes between the president and the moderator, while footage of the debate has been widely shared on social media and media outlets across the region, including the Serbian public broadcaster Radio Television of Serbia (RTS).
