Kosovo Security Force (KSF) Commander Lieutenant General Bashkim Jashari hosted Major General Stephen E. Osborn, Adjutant General of the Iowa National Guard, during an official visit to Kosovo on Tuesday.
Osborn was welcomed with full military honors at the “Adem Jashari” Barracks in Prishtina.
During the meeting, Jashari awarded Osborn the Medal for Selfless Service in recognition of his contribution and commitment to strengthening the partnership and cooperation between the KSF and the Iowa National Guard.
According to a KSF statement, the partnership between the two forces has been built over the years on trust, professionalism and shared values, serving as a testament to the cooperation and friendship between Kosovo and the United States.
The KSF concluded its announcement with the message: “Kosovo and the United States – a lasting partnership!”
