Kosovo’s acting Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, met yesterday with Germany’s Ambassador to Kosovo, Jorn Rohde.
The ambassador today shared details about the meeting, where he emphasized to Kurti the importance of swiftly electing the Parliament Speaker and forming the government.
Additionally, during the meeting, Rohde mentioned Germany’s ongoing efforts to lift the European Union’s sanctions against Kosovo.
“Thank you for the productive meeting, Prime Minister! I reiterated Germany’s continuous efforts to lift the sanctions against Kosovo as soon as possible. I also stressed the importance of quickly electing the Parliament Speaker and forming the new government,” said Rohde.
Yesterday, Kurti congratulated Rohde on the successful completion of the coalition formation process in Germany.
