Apart from Ferizaj and Skenderaj, the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) has also won Hani i Elezit without a runoff.
The PDK secured mayoral victories without a runoff in:
- Ferizaj with Agim Aliu
- Skenderaj with Sami Lushtaku
- Hani i Elezit with Mehmet Ballazhi
- In Ferizaj, Agim Aliu won his second term with 56.47% of the votes after 95% of ballots were counted.
- Sami Lushtaku in Skenderaj received 83.45%, with 95% of votes counted.
- In Hani i Elezit, Mehmet Ballazhi won his second term with 50.94% of votes.
Meanwhile, six municipalities will proceed to a runoff:
- Mitrovica, where PDK leads with 47.89%
- Prizren, led by Shaqir Totaj with 41.92% (preliminary results)
- Kaçanik, leading with 39.86%
- Vushtrri, leading with 45.56%
- Dragash, PDK comes in second with 28.38%
- Klinë, also second with 35.92%
