Kosovo’s Minister of Labor, Family and the Values of the Kosovo Liberation War, Andin Hoti, has confirmed that an inspection has begun at the Social Work Center in Peja following the case involving Arlinda Zekaj.
Hoti confirmed the development before the start of a plenary session of the Kosovo Assembly, responding “Yes” when asked whether the inspection at the institution had begun, according to Klan Kosova.
The case has sparked public reactions and calls for institutional accountability, including demands for a review of the actions taken by the institutions responsible for handling it.
The inspection is expected to examine the institution’s handling of the case, although further details about its scope and findings have not yet been provided.
