Students of the “Mihal Grameno” Primary and Lower Secondary School in Fushë-Kosovë will return to classrooms on January 19, 2026, following a decision to delay the start of the second semester for grades 6–9.

According to an announcement by the school’s management, the postponement was necessitated by low temperatures and the absence of central heating, which currently prevent the normal conduct of classes.

The decision was communicated through the school’s official social media channels, emphasizing that existing conditions do not meet the minimum requirements for safe and effective teaching.

This marks the second delay of the second semester, as classes were initially scheduled to resume on January 8, but were postponed due to flooding caused by recent heavy rainfall.
