In a commemorative message on the occasion of honoring the martyrs and heroes of Prelep, Daut Haradinaj expressed deep gratitude and pride for the fight and sacrifice of the sons of Dukagjini, reports Gazeta Sinjali.
“Today, with pride, we remember the martyrs and heroes of Prelep.
Anyone who knows the Dukagjini war is well aware of the battles from Deçan toward Gjakova.
Therefore, the respect and glory of this fight and of these young men will be remembered with eternal honor and respect,” Haradinaj declared.
He emphasized the importance of preserving historical memory and honoring those who gave their lives for the country’s freedom and dignity.
