FSK Celebrates “Day of the Force” with Open Day Events

The Ministry of Defense and the Kosovo Security Force (FSK) are marking the “Day of the Force” today with an “Open Day” event, which will take place from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

According to the Ministry of Defense, the main ceremony will be held at the “Adem Jashari” Barracks in Pristina, with senior state officials in attendance. The officials will address the media starting at 1:00 PM.

“Throughout the day, visitors will have the opportunity to tour FSK barracks in Pristina, Mitrovica, Istog, Gjilan, Prizren, Ferizaj, and Pomozatin. These locations will showcase and demonstrate the military capabilities and readiness of the Kosovo Security Force,” the Ministry of Defense announced.

FSK Commander Honors the “Day of the Force”

In honor of the “Day of the Force,” General Lieutenant Bashkim Jashari, Commander of the Kosovo Security Force, has extended his greetings to all military and civilian personnel of the FSK.

In his message, Commander Jashari expressed sincere respect and gratitude for the dedication and unwavering commitment shown by all members of the FSK.

“Dear soldiers, non-commissioned officers, officers, cadets, and civilian staff of the Kosovo Security Force, thank you for your dedication and tireless work. Thanks to your commitment, we are more prepared than ever, standing shoulder to shoulder with our partners in the defense of peace and security worldwide. Your engagement deserves special thanks and boundless gratitude. Only through your dedication and hard work will we achieve our shared goals. Thank you all for your service to the homeland and for your continuous efforts in advancing and strengthening the FSK,” stated General Jashari in his message.
