Students from higher education institutions across Serbia will organize the “Grand Student Bazaar – From the Morava to the Ibar” on Saturday, inviting citizens to learn more about the student movement and its ongoing activities.

According to organizers, the initiative aims to create an opportunity for direct engagement with the public through conversations, information sharing, and fundraising for future activities.

Student information stands will operate from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at eight locations across central Serbia. Participants will be available to answer questions, discuss the movement’s objectives, and interact with visitors.

The event will take place simultaneously in the following cities:

  • Aranđelovac – Šarena Kapija (park entrance)
  • Jagodina – Youth Square (Skver omladine)
  • Lapovo – Kralja Petra I Street (near Aman)
  • Kraljevo – Square of Serbian Warriors
  • Kragujevac – Radomir Putnik Square
  • Kruševac – Trade Union Hall
  • Rača – Kralja Petra I Street (Lower Street)
  • Čačak – Near the city fountain

In a statement published on the student platform blokade.org, organizers encouraged citizens to visit the stands, learn more about their activities, and engage directly with students.

“Come meet us and learn more about our activities. At our stands, you will also be able to pick up our T-shirts and badges,” the organizers said.

Students also invited visitors to contribute voluntary donations that will help finance the movement’s upcoming initiatives, while emphasizing that the event is intended to foster dialogue, community engagement, and solidarity.

The bazaar is part of a series of public outreach events organized by Serbia’s student movement following months of nationwide civic mobilization.
