The United States remains committed to working with Kosovo’s institutions to advance shared priorities, including regional peace, stability and mutual prosperity, the U.S. Embassy in Prishtina said on Thursday.

The statement followed the first meeting between U.S. Chargé d’Affaires Anu Prattipati and Kosovo President Justina Shiroka-Pula, held on October 29.

In a statement published on social media, the embassy emphasized Washington’s commitment to cooperation with Kosovo’s institutions on issues of mutual interest.

“Chargé d’affaires Anu Prattipati met today for the first time with President of the Republic of Kosovo Justina Shiroka Pula. The U.S. Embassy remains committed to working with Kosovo’s institutions to advance shared priorities, including regional peace, stability, and mutual prosperity,” the embassy said.

The meeting comes as Kosovo and the United States continue diplomatic engagement on shared priorities, with regional security and stability remaining central to their cooperation.
