The Constitutional Court of Kosovo has started reviewing the request submitted by Prime Minister Albin Kurti and the parliamentary group of LVV regarding President Vjosa Osmani’s decree to dissolve the Assembly.

The Secretary General of the Constitutional Court, Veton Dula, confirmed to RTV21 that the case has now entered the examination phase.

“After receiving comments from the interested parties last weekend and completing the case file, at the beginning of this week, the case has entered the review phase,” Dula stated.

This marks the official start of the constitutional evaluation of the president’s decree, which could have major implications for Kosovo’s parliamentary process.
