Jashari Meets Strasser, Discuss Strong Cooperation Between KSF and Iowa National Guard

The Commander of the Kosovo Security Force (KSF), Bashkim Jashari, hosted a meeting today with the Command Sergeant Major of the Iowa National Guard, Matthew T. Strasser.

According to the official statement, the meeting focused on the excellent cooperation between the KSF and the Iowa National Guard, with particular emphasis on the development and advancement of the non-commissioned officer (NCO) corps.

Jashari praised the contribution of American partners, especially the Iowa National Guard, in building a strong and professional NCO structure within the KSF.

On the other hand, Strasser highly գնահատed Jashari’s leadership in supporting military career development for all KSF personnel, particularly his commitment to strengthening the NCO corps, highlighting its importance as a key pillar of the force.

“At the conclusion of the meeting, the Commander of the KSF, Lieutenant General Bashkim Jashari, awarded Command Sergeant Major Strasser the ‘Selfless Service’ medal in recognition of his continued support for the Kosovo Security Force,” the statement said.
