Dushan Maksimović, accused in the terrorist attack in Banjska, admitted that the phone number of Milan Radoičić was found on his device, but insisted he had never had any contact with him.
When questioned by trial panel member Donika Shala-Abdyli, Maksimović stated that regarding the photographs presented by the Prosecution, there are some he has never seen and has no idea where they came from, according to Betimi për Drejtësi.
He also claimed that his phone had been used even after it was taken by the Kosovo Police.
Another panel member, Rrahman Beqiri, asked whether he personally knew Radoičić. Maksimović responded that he did not know him personally, but confirmed that he had his phone number.
The accused stated that Radoičić’s number was on his phone because he had planned to contact him for family-related assistance, but reiterated that no communication ever took place.
“I have never had contact with him,” he said.
Maksimović continued his defense during the afternoon session at the Basic Court in Pristina.
