Prime Minister Albin Kurti has extended his congratulations to all on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.

In a Facebook post, Kurti expressed his hope that the fasting and prayers of believers have been accepted.

“Amid the blessings we enjoy today, surrounded by our loved ones, may this festive day for Muslim believers—and every other day of the year—find us more grateful for what we have, more supportive of those with less, and more attentive to improving ourselves as individuals and as a society.”

“On this day of Eid, when mercy descends and hearts are purified, let us remember that children are a sacred trust. True care does not arise only from healing, but from protection—in the food we provide, in safeguarding their well-being, and in the knowledge that enlightens their minds and souls. Let us not wait for hardship to show kindness, respect, and dedication toward children,” he wrote.
