Kosovo Police found no suspicious objects at a school in Leshak, Leposaviq, after students and teaching staff were evacuated following a bomb threat received by email.
According to the police’s 24-hour report, a teacher contacted authorities on the morning of October 28, 2026, after receiving a message in the school’s email account claiming that a bomb had been planted inside the building.
Police units responded to the scene and evacuated students and educational staff as a precaution.
The school was subsequently searched by police explosive ordnance disposal units and the K9 unit, but no suspicious objects were found.
Following consultations with the prosecutor, a case was initiated and the investigation is ongoing, police said.
