The Kosovo Security Force (FSK) has successfully completed the “Advanced Leadership Course” at the Doctrine and Training Command (KDS). The course aimed to develop knowledge and enhance the professional skills of FSK members for leadership roles at the platoon level.
The training included both theoretical and practical modules, structured according to FSK’s standards for developing military leaders.
“This course directly contributes to strengthening leadership capacities, reinforcing the command chain, and improving operational readiness in line with FSK standards,” the announcement stated.
Additionally, the course represents an important milestone in the professional career path of FSK personnel, serving as a foundation for future advancement and career development.
