The Central Election Commission (CEC) has approved the formation of the Administrative Objection Commission following the opening of the registration period for voters residing outside Kosovo for the early parliamentary elections on 28 December 2025.

According to the CEC, any applicant who receives a notification of rejection for registration as an overseas voter may submit an administrative objection to this commission.

Objections can be submitted via email at: [email protected].

Individuals whose administrative objection is also rejected have the right to appeal to the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP) within 48 hours from the moment they receive the CEC’s decision.
