The Central Election Commission (CEC) held its 87th meeting of the year yesterday, chaired by Kreshnik Radoniqi.
In this meeting, the CEC issued separate decisions certifying 22 political entities to participate in the early elections for the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, which will be held on 28 December 2025.
During the seven-day period (24–30 November 2025), a total of 24 political entities—18 political parties, 3 coalitions, 2 citizen initiatives, and 1 independent candidate—completed the online certification form to participate in the early parliamentary elections.
According to the CEC’s decision, the certified political entities are as follows:

Coalitions:
- The coalition “Lëvizja VETËVENDOSJE!”, composed of 4 political parties: VETËVENDOSJE!, GUXO, Alternativa, and the Albanian Christian Democratic Party (PSHDK)
- The coalition “Koalicija VAKAT”, composed of 3 political parties: Demokratska Stranka Bošnjaka (DSB), Bošnjačka Stranka Kosova (BSK), and Demokratska Stranka Vatan (DSV)
- The coalition “PAI – PDAK – LPB”, composed of 3 political parties: the Ashkali Party for Integration (PAI), the Democratic Party of the Ashkali of Kosovo (PDAK), and the Movement for Cooperation (LPB)

Independent Candidate:
- NEDŹMIDIN SEJDILAR
Among the political entities that applied is also NISMA SOCIALDEMOKRATE – NISMA. According to the Office for Registration, Certification and Financial Control of Political Entities, the party has met all other criteria except for the list of supporting signatures. Once the list is completed, the entity will undergo certification by the CEC. The party has been given a deadline until 3 December 2025 at 12:00 to complete the signatures.
Meanwhile, the recommendation to certify the political party Srpska Lista did not receive the necessary votes for approval.
