Former Kosovo–Serbia dialogue negotiator, Edita Tahiri, stated that she was not at all surprised by the arrest of Federica Mogherini.
According to her, the arrest confirms what she described as the “corrupt foundations” upon which Mogherini operated, foundations that “opened the door for border manipulations and the partition of northern Kosovo.”
Tahiri added that these “games” were decisively defeated and, according to her, “the final stamp of that defeat” was given by Angela Merkel.
