Snowfall has blanketed Dobërdol, Peja, creating rare and unexpected scenes for the month of July.
Dobërdol, an alpine settlement near the border with Montenegro and one of Kosovo’s most popular summer destinations, was covered in snow following a sharp drop in temperatures.
Images shared from the area show winter-like landscapes in the middle of summer, a rare weather phenomenon for this time of year.
