As part of the High-Level Week of the 80th UN General Assembly session, Albania’s Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Elisa Spiropali, held a meeting with Richard Grenell, who serves as Special Envoy of President Trump for Special Missions and Acting Executive Director of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington D.C.
The meeting, which also included President Bajram Begaj and foreign ministers from the region, focused on strengthening bilateral relations. Minister Spiropali emphasized that: “Enhancing relations remains a top priority for the Government of Albania as we continue to work together to deepen economic cooperation.”
She further highlighted that during the meeting, Albania’s unwavering alliance with the United States was reaffirmed as a key strategic objective.
