Hamas has officially announced that it is prepared to release all hostages — both living and deceased — in line with the 20-point peace framework proposed by U.S. President Donald Trump, and is ready to enter negotiations “immediately” on the plan’s details.
The group also expressed its willingness to transfer control of the Gaza Strip to “a Palestinian body, with Arab and Islamic backing.”
In its statement, Hamas said that while several elements of Trump’s peace proposal are acceptable, others would require further negotiations.
