The counting of ballots for municipal assembly members is set to begin today, according to the Central Election Commission (CEC).
CEC spokesperson Valmir Elezi confirmed that the vote counting process for assembly candidates will take place in the Municipal Counting Centers (MCCs).
“The votes for candidates running for municipal assemblies are counted in the municipal counting centers,” said Elezi.
He added that the counting process will start at different times across municipalities — in some centers at 12:00 p.m., and in others at 4:00 p.m.
