The Caretaker Government of Kosovo, in its Friday meeting, approved preliminary decisions for expropriation of immovable properties for public interest in several infrastructure projects.
- The first decision concerns former social enterprise properties of Industria e Mobileve “Përparimi”, as well as private properties, to be used for the needs of state institutions.
- Another decision covers properties affected by the “Viti Junction on the Arbër Xhaferi Highway, Prishtinë – Hani i Elezit” project.
- The government also approved further review of expropriation requests for properties impacted by the “Klinë Transit Road, from N9 to R-104, Klinë – Gurakoc” project.
- Additionally, a decision was made to continue reviewing expropriation requests for properties affected by the “Expansion of National Road M25, Prishtinë – Podujevë” project.
These measures are part of the government’s ongoing efforts to implement key infrastructure developments while ensuring proper legal procedures for public-interest expropriations.
