Ukraine’s emergency services have announced that at least two people have been killed as a result of overnight Russian attacks on Kyiv.
In a post on Telegram, authorities reported that one woman lost her life and five other people were injured, in addition to those reported earlier (see the 09:51 update), Sky News reports, as relayed by Sinjali.
“Rescue teams have been deployed at four locations across the city,” emergency services stated.
“Destruction and fires have been recorded in both residential and industrial sectors. All necessary services are currently operating at the scene.”
